Projects
Our work spans a range of residential projects, from bespoke new-build homes and carefully considered extensions to larger-scale masterplanning and housing developments. Each project is approached with a focus on context, buildability, and design quality, delivering practical, well-resolved solutions that respond to both client needs and planning requirements.

8 Town Green - APPROVED
A contemporary side, rear and front extension with a rendered gable, creating a striking yet cohesive addition to the existing home. Planning-approved scheme delivers a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area alongside a feature vaulted master bedroom.

Meirion House - APPROVED
A large rear extension featuring a brick gable, Juliet balcony and expansive bifold doors, designed to maximise light and views. The scheme creates a well-defined open-plan kitchen, living and dining space alongside a master bedroom with ensuite overlooking the Shropshire countryside.

Waen Dilan - APPROVED
A replacement dwelling in Denbighshire, forming a six-bedroom home that blends traditional country character with subtle contemporary detailing. Set on a brick plinth with rendered walls and a slate roof, the design is carefully composed to sit comfortably within and overlook the rolling Denbighshire hills.

Beacon cottage - APPROVED

Kelsall Hill
A sympathetic residential development of 35 homes in the village of Kelsall, Cheshire West, designed to respond to local character and context. The outward-facing scheme provides a mix of 2–4 bed homes, integrated public open space, and strong pedestrian connections to enhance permeability and community links.

Duddon
A 9-unit PIP scheme in Cheshire West, delivering a sensitive, low-density development of executive homes within the core of Duddon. The highly sustainable layout incorporates public open space and strong pedestrian links to support connectivity and village integration.
